COMPANY HISTORY

Z Elektronika Kft. is a wholly Hungarian-owned business with 60 employees offering high added value to its partners.

 

1997–2007

The predecessor of the current company was established in 1997 under the name “Zákány Elektronikai Kft.” Initially, it specialised in the development and manufacture of products for the lifts industry. In 2007, the ownership structure of the company was transformed, and thus, in addition to the existing partners engaged in the lifts industry, we opened to new sectors of the electronics industry.

2008–2010

In addition to expanding our staff, a lot of workflows were automated, allowing us to increase manufacturing volumes, while also continuously improving the quality of manufacturing. During this period, our first automated SMT assembly line was commissioned.

2011–2014

Thanks to our customers’ trust, we implemented additional capacity increases, and supported as many workflows as possible by automatic devices. Based on our own experience and the needs of our customers, we started to develop a manufacturing management system that later covered the entire manufacturing process.

2015–2017

The manufacturing area was doubled in size. Our corporate organisation was further developed with an enhanced focus on quality management and customer relationship management. Taking into account our customers’ expectations, we carried out further technical improvements.

 

 

 

 

TODAY

We are constantly on the quest for new challenges.

Currently, Z Elektronika Kft. still considers its customers’ satisfaction as one of its key priorities. We are convinced that long-term cooperation with our partners guarantees excellent results for all stakeholders.

We cooperate with the University of Pécs in the framework of a dual training program, and additionally, we are also an educational establishment registered by the Pécs-Baranya County Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our quality management system has been certified by CERT Tanúsító Zrt. since 07.04.2004 in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001 standard (“Design and Development of Electronic Products”).

We are constantly developing our associated organisation and systems. One of the upshots of this is an enterprise resource planning system named WOP (Walk of Product). Among other things, based on the expectations of our automotive industry customers, our manufacturing management and traceability system developed at the beginning of 2014 is able to cover the entire manufacturing process, and the data collection carried out in the framework of tracing activities can be tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

 

QUALITY POLICY

The management of Z Elektronika Kft. is committed that the quality of the electronics products designed and manufactured by the Company should best satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, thereby increasing their satisfaction.

We ensure the understanding and implementation of the quality policy of Z Elektronika Kft. throughout the company.

With the purpose of continuously betting serving our customers, we constantly keep improving our technical background and staff.

The senior management of the Company has committed itself to the transition to a quality management system that covers all of the Company’s activities according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, and to obtaining a certification according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We are constantly striving for better compliance with requirements under the MSZ EN ISO 13485:2016 standard applicable to the manufacturing of medical devices, and therefore we are currently integrating these requirements into our quality management system.
